In the places you frequent like your office workplace or the gym, there may be a woman you have your eye on and are interested in. The other reasons for that distance can vary, depending on the context of the breakup. For instance, perhaps a woman was dumped for no apparent reason. You may remind her of her ex in terms of physical appearance, and that reminder may stir up some upsetting memories.
